She did the work and I was on the road again with my group in 30 minutes. I cant tell you how grateful I was for the excellent service.

I always hear horror stories from other people around the country about how bad their experience is dealing with a warranty claim. Not only did the guys at Muncy get mine fixed with no issues but they went above and beyond to replace the whole assembly. When you take care of the customers like this then youll have a loyal customer in the future.

we were looking for a four wheeler for our son went to track and trail honda shop we stopped here first but didn't go in because we didn't see any youth bikes out side so we went to track and trail they only had 2 the one we picked out had a price tag for 1999 after all there fees it came out to 2800 and the closed the shop because they didn't want to wait for my approval so we stopped here on the way home they were great im glad we did we ended up leaving with 2 and the payments were only about 15 bucks more then they wanted for the 1 at track and trails ill be coming back for years to come!

I stopped in to inquire about the Polaris Ranger 150 for a Christmas present for my boys. Last spring I stopped in on my way to State College on another matter, had a little time to waste and Best Line was still closed for another 1/2 hour. I was peeking in the window and Dave Walker comes out and says come on in. I told him I was just looking and not buying and he says you can see better inside. Told me if I had any questions let him know. Anyway we were in the market for a UTV and because of the great customer service he showed even when I was not interested in buying we contacted Dave and purchased a new Teryx. Awesome customer service. Took his time and answered any questions we had and gave us info we did not know being new to this hobby. We drove 1 hour 45 minutes to purchase from Best Line when we have many UTV dealers here in Harrisburg much closer. I did not even think of going to them before I talked to Best Line. The entire staff is top notch. If I decide to trade the Harley on one of his Indian motorcycles that will be my dealer. Thanks to all the staff.

My wife and I recently bought a slightly used SxS at the Centre Hall location. The machine was in almost perfect condition. The facility is quite impressive and very clean. The salesman, Dave, was very helpful and did not pressure us into buying. He even came in to work on the weekend to help us finish the paperwork and helped us load it.

My first Polaris was a 800 RZR s x s (2012). At this time I had met Dave Walker who worked for Bestline. Dave was great to work with and very experienced in his field. My second Polaris was a 900XC RZR (2015). The reason I went back to Bestline was because of Dave. When I purchase anything, the way I'm treated and taken care of means everything. I also purchased a 7'-6" x 16' long Worthington trailer from Dave at Bestline (2013). Finally, I just purchased a 2018 RZR 1000S from Bestline, Again I purchased it from Dave. The reason I'm stating these purchases and my experiences with Bestline and Dave is I would have not bought items 2, 3 and 4 if it wasn't for Dave Walker. My position has always been if I'm treated right in the beginning, I will be a loyal customer and Dave has been a great asset to Bestline. When I go for my next machine, guess who I will be calling.(Dave) The first time I feel I'm being treated unfair, I will be gone and you will never see me again. It's very important for sales people to treat their customer with respect like a team and family, and Dave do's that. So thanks Dave. The one thing I didn't like was them moving Dave's desk out in the showroom. When I'm signing papers, titles and handing over money, I like it done behind closed doors. They call that privacy. Polaris sure makes it hard for these dealers to be able to sell their product. Took delivery of a 2018 Ranger Northstar and only three of the eight accessories that I ordered were available from Polaris. However all in all the experience was great. Dave Walker is a gentleman and a man of his word. Marty and Tabitha are very helpful and pleasant to work with. We knew we wanted a Polaris. After scouring the internet we found a 2013 used, 582 miles Polaris Sportsman 550 at Track and Trail in State College. We went there with full intentions of buying that specific one that we had been looking at on there website everyday for the past week. When we got there we looked around there lot, then went inside and found the Sportsman. As we were looking at it the salesman approached us to see if he could help, we said we want to buy this one, he told us "its sold" and then walked away. We did some other looking and went back outside to get pricing on 3 different ATV's we then had to walk back inside while the salesman got pricing, because none of the ATVs outside had prices on them. It took us about 15-20 minutes to get pricing on 3 ATVs. By that time we had had enough, my husband started to call around after doing an internet search for nearby Polaris dealers. He spoke to Dave Walker who said come on down, we have what your looking for. THANK GOODNESS we did! We left T.A.T and went to BestLine, after parking we looked at 2 ATVs that were sitting outside, we immediately noticed they were marked SOLD. We then walked into the showroom, the showroom was pristine, and everything was clearly marked! They had awesome classic rock music playing, and we were greeted by the two salesman. My husband explained that we had just talked to someone on the phone and the situation. We were directed to the brand new 2018, it has less then 1 mile on it, Polaris 450. We knew it was the one. We said we wanted it. Dave Walker started all of the paperwork. We bought the Polaris, a snow plow, a storage box, a winch, 2 helmets, a brush guard, a DCNR plate and a Polaris Beanie for less than $2k more than what T.A.T wanted for their USED 2013 Polaris. Dave was wonderful! When he was going over my credit application he asked about my work and even called over another sales guy who was interested in what my company has to offer and I was even able to hand out my company's business card! We can't say enough good things about the guys at BestLine! Everything was smooth, painless, and it was very obvious that they are passionate about what they do and want the best for there customers. After all of the paper work, Dave took us over to our new Polaris and went over EVERYTHING with us. We will recommend BestLine to everyone! We couldn't be happier with our purchase! This guy really knows his stuff he made sure everything was smooth on his side never forgetting to cross a t or dot and i. He listened to want I wanted and made the right recommdations so that I would get just what I was looking for and not more. He suggested a couple of add-ons that I am very pleased with. My Girlfriend and myself were in the market for a 2019 Polaris Ranger Crew 1000 XP with Ride Command. Using Polaris' dealer locator, Best Line Powersports was the closest dealer that had a Ranger with Ride Command. After Speaking with Dave from Sales over 3 days, My Girlfriend, My Daughter, and myself drove the 3 hours south to purchase our dream off road machine, Dave, was very courteous, and understanding. We ran into construction troubles and Dave was willing to stay after closing so we could pick up our purchase. Dave allowed both of us to drive the machine to make sure its what we wanted and while there we decided to purchase a Roof for our Ranger and they had it in stock.
